The Marvels is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics characters Carol Danvers / Captain Marvel, Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau / Photon. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be the sequel to 2019’s Captain Marvel and the 32nd film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Nia DaCosta, written by Megan McDonnell, and stars Brie Larson as Danvers, Iman Vellani as Khan, and Teyonah Parris as Rambeau, alongside Saagar Shaikh, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Zawe Ashton, and Park Seo-joon.
In the film, Danvers, Khan, and Rambeau’s powers become entangled, forcing them to work together to save the universe.
The film was announced in July 2019, and DaCosta was hired to direct in September 2020. Filming took place from August to December 2021, in Atlanta, Georgia, and London, England. The film is scheduled to be released in the United States on November 10, 2023.

Plot
