Check the earbuds are placed correctly in your ears
If you experience sound issue using the 360 Audio feature, make sure that the earbuds are placing perfectly in your ears. If you don’t wear the earbuds properly, they may not work for 360 Audio feature, or sound quality may be poor. Hold the earbuds so that you see the imprinted direction marks, insert the earbuds into your ears, and then adjust the earbuds by rotating them until they sit comfortably in your ears. The touch-sensitive sensors will detect that you are wearing the earbuds when you put them on. Then, the earbud will emit a sound informing you that the earbud is detected.

Check earbuds are close to the connected device
Make sure that the distance between the earbuds and connected device is close for each other, we recommend to using this feature within a range of reach of your hand. If not, you experience sound does not be played smoothly and occasionally disconnects.

Experience Noise controls mode on your Galaxy Buds Pro
Galaxy Buds Pro allows you to focus more on your music without external noise, and the new voice detect feature makes it easier and more convenient to control the noise cancellation.

Turn on Noise controls mode on the Buds Pro
There are two Noise controls mode with Galaxy Buds pro: Active noise cancelling and Ambient sound mode. The Active noise cancelling feature is for blocking out the external sounds around you and use it when you want to avoid distractions, such as when listening to music.
Conversely, the Ambient sound mode is for hearing your surroundings clearly, so you can quickly detect any potentially dangerous situations or hear another person’s voice during a conversation. There are several ways to enable noise controls.

Method 1. Using Touch-and-hold of earbuds
To enable Active noise cancelling or Ambient sound mode, simply touch and hold one of the earbuds. You will hear a beep, indicating that Noise controls mode has been turned on.

Actual image may vary.Whenever you touch and hold the earbuds, Active noise cancelling, and Ambient sound mode will be switched in order. It is set by default to activate the Noise controls mode as touch-and-hold action.
You can also select a preset touch-and-hold feature of each earbud to activate other features quickly and conveniently.

How to preset touch and hold
Step 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap the Touch and hold setting.
Step 2. Select your desired commands for each earbud. (Switch noise controls, Bixby, Volume up and down, Spotify)

To activate Noise controls mode from Galaxy Wearable, open the app, and then tap Active noise cancelling or Ambient sound. You’ll hear the same beep, signalling that the feature is enabled.
Select High or Low to adjust the Active noise cancelling level under Active noise cancelling level or drag the Ambient sound volume adjustment bar to adjust its volume.

If you add the new Galaxy Buds Pro widgets on your Home screen, you can also turn Noise controls mode on and off by using the quick control. Just tap the left icon of quick control, then you can switch Active noise cancelling, Ambient sound, or Off.

When you start to talk while listening to music, your Galaxy Buds Pro automatically detects your voice and reduces the music so that you can clearly hear the other person anywhere. In addition, if your voice is not detected for a certain period of time, it automatically returns to the previous setting. (Use can manually set to 5, 10, 15 seconds.)

How to activate Voice detect
Step 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Voice detect and tap the switch to activate it.

Widgets are very useful for viewing app information or controlling certain functions. You can add widgets for your Galaxy Buds Pro and control your earbuds easily.

The widgets on your home screen help you keep track of certain things while you’re wearing the Galaxy Buds Pro. You can see your earbuds’ battery status at a glance and switch Active noise cancelling, Ambient sound, or Off right from the widget.

Prior to following the below guide, ensure that you have paired your Galaxy Buds Pro to your compatible smartphone and the Galaxy Wearable app is latest version.
Step 1. Press and hold an empty spot on a Home screen, and then tap Widgets.
Step 2. Find the Galaxy Buds Pro widgets, and then tap them. There are two widgets to choose from:

Quick control allows you to switch Noise controls mode without opening the Galaxy Wearable app or touching your earbuds.
You can also select Block touches to lock the earbuds’ touchpad.

Step 4. To change some of the widget’s settings, touch and hold it. A pop-up menu will appear. Tap Widget settings to choose the widget’s background color and transparency. If you have Dark mode enabled, you can match the widget’s color by tapping the switch.
